Nutzt Du ein alternatives VDI, z.B. NVDI oder fVDI? Falls nicht: Das VDI in Atari TOS verträgt sich nicht mit Memory-Protection. Das äußert sich bei mir u.a. auch beim Start von TosWin2. Für EmuTOS (Snapshot-Version) habe ich das gefixt, für Atari TOS bleibt nur, ein anderes VDI zu nutzen.

Memory Protection habe ich auch ausgeschaltet, weil das bei mir auch nur Abstürze produzierte. ???

Bei EasyMiNT ist Thing 1.29 als Desktop dabei. Nutzt Du stattdessen Teradesk?

Im Laufe obiger Webseite musste ich nochmal das Thema NVDI5 angehen... Das Basispaket kann ich installieren, aber wenn ich die zwei Updates (Freshups) von NVDI installieren will, sagt es mir jedes Mal wenn ich die SN und eine Adresse eingegeben habe und c:\auto\nvdi.prg ausgewählt habe, dass die nvdi.prg nicht gültig (invalid) wäre und dann bricht das Update ab.Was mache ich da falsch?

Wenn ich NVDI ohne diese Updates belasse und MiNT starte, crasht das System nach Start von XaAES mit einem Bus-Error. ACCs sind geladen, aber TOS2Win und Terradesk starten nicht. Ich weiß aber nicht ob es da einen Zusammenhang mit den Updates gibt. Ohne NVDI startet es durch bis zum Desktop.
