... dürfte sowohl unter Windows als auch macOS funktionieren

Der Mac-Finder lehnt es ab, wegen "Verzeichnisse die mit Punkt beginnen, sind unsichtbar". Aber in der Shell geht's:

Ich habe es hinbekommen. Danke.
Nun fuxe ich mich mal in die Tiefen der/die/das Pandory500.
Command&Conquer funktioniert schonmal. Doom und Duke Nukem auch. Im Prinzip hab ich schon fast alles, was ich möchte.

Is there any other way of activating atari800 emulator (ie. without going online)?

Hi Damanloox,
Yes. If you don't want to go online to get the launcher activated, you can activate it manually:
https://teampandory.com/pandory500-easteregg.zip
In there are two files. Copy them to your Pandory folder on your USB stick and they will let you start the atari emulator. It is the same one that runs on THE400, but with a lot more features active.
