Can you help me?

Hallo,
first, excuse me that I can't speak, nor read german. Strange you say, in a  german forum...
Well , as a good Atarian, I'm mad... 1ST1 knows it well...
I  have a very annoying problem while surfing your web.

There are post that I'm unable to see it's pics.
As an example take this one:

I don't know if I haven't enough  posts, or what is it...
I can't see any pic there. And they are... Even if I look into  the  source of the page,  I can't see anything related to pics...
I even tried a VPN  without luck.
I'm very annoyed...
Can somebody help me?

And that's what I got:
Sie haben nicht die Berechtigung Dateianhänge herunterzuladen oder anzusehen.
But  I can't see this link if  I look into the page source...
I'm lost.
