I have fixed the intermittent contact on CPU by simply replacing socket with proper one. It now runs as treat. I have tested it with CT60PSU only, as the PicoPSU you have sent in, or its wall adapter respectively, is terribly underpowered. It make no sense to try it, really.
I mean bare Falcon mainboard featuring C6x consumes 15W of power. That is with idling CPU clocked @66MHz, no fans, no floppy or hard drive connected. The wall socket adapter you have supplied is rated 1A@12V (12W) only.
The socket job was 2 hrs job and there was some consumables I used, beside the socket itself. Now while the CT60 is out of warranty, I must admit these CPU sockets are not perfect from the very beginning and it does not take much to wore them out. So my proposal is I give you 50% off the worksheet.
For now, the mainboard is ready to be shipped out as/is. If you insist on CT60PSU it would mean it will wait here 1-2 more weeks as I need to make one.
