parcp funktioniert problemlos bei win10 auf Atari.
parcp auf win11 läuft nicht.
Gibt es eine Alternative ?

Was genau tust du denn? Beschreibe die Schritte, die du unternimmst, und ggfs. Fehlermeldungen, die erscheinen.

Ich habe aber den Verdacht dass das was mit der erzwungenen Treibersignierung zu tun hat, falls parcp einen Treiber installiert (ich kenne parcp vom Namen her aber ich hab es nie benutzt). Auf einem Testsystem kannst du mal probieren ob das funktioniert

Ist das nicht normal, wenn du ein Kommandozeilen-Windows-Programm aus dem Explorer per Doppelklick startest (das tust du doch, oder?)
Denn dann öffnet sich der Cmd-Prompt, zeigt das Ergebnis und schließt sich sofort wieder.
Wenn die Annahmen zutreffen, dann kannst du …
a) in Windows den Cmd-Prompt so konfigurieren, dass er nach Ende eines Programms offen bleibt (geht bestimmt, aber ich bin der falsche zum erklären)
b) am einfachsten, aber wenig nachhaltig: man öffnet einen Cmd-Prompt, und führt dort parcp aus, entweder per Drag/Drop der Exe-Datei in das Konsolenfenster, oder per Aufruf des Pfads
Weil, wenn das Cmd-Fenster vor der Ausführung schon offen ist, dann bleibt es auch nach Beendigung von parcp offen …

I am not the original user but I just gave it a try out of curiosity.
Run without parcp USB attached under Windows 11:

I see, the issue is not with Windows 11, but with 64bit.

Mein Test zuvor war mit 64Bit Windows 11......

Ich hoffe ja, dass der OP nicht die DOS-Version von parcp versucht aufzurufen. Diese würde unter 64-Bit-Windows natürlich nicht laufen... (egal ob Windows 7, 10, 11, ...). Aber leider gibt es ja keine vernünftige Fehlerbeschreibung. :(

1. Purpose:
-----------
This is a new release of PARallel CoPy, program for fast and easy
copying of files between two computers over the printer/parallel ports
and newly also the USB with PARCP-USB adapter.
2. Installation:
----------------
Simply unzip the archive and pick the right binaries for your computer
and operating system. No pre-configuration is necessarry, the PARCP.CFG
configuration file is created automatically if it is not found.
That file might then be freely edited with a plain text editor. A short
quide for running PARCP is in QUICK.TXT file. All details are hidden
in complete documentation PARCP.HTML.
3. Distribution:
----------------
The program might be freely distributed so long as all files remain
together and unchanged.
You should find in this archive binaries for various platforms:
- Apple Mac (Intel architecture)
- Atari ST/TT/Falcon and compatibles
- IBM PC and compatibles
Binaries for Mac OS X are "fat" - both 32-bit and 64-bit.
Binaries for Atari are built for MC68000 (plain ST/STE/MegaST/MegaSTE)
and for MC68030 (TT, Falcon and clones with MC68030/68040/68060).
Binaries for PC are available for three operating systems:
- DOS
- Ubuntu GNU/Linux
- MS-Windows
Binaries for Ubuntu are linked dynamically (12.04 32-bit and 14.04 64-bit).
If you use any other operating system please compile your PARCP binaries
from the source code that is available on GitHub. It is very easy so
don't be afraid. There is a COMPILING.txt file with simple instructions.
PARCP is can be run both as either client or as server ("-s" on command line).
PARSERVE is always PARCP server.

... vermute Mal mit 64bit hat das nichts zu tun. Auf meinem Macintosh mit ARM M4 CPU habe ich keine Probleme.

Da der OP auf Nachfragen nie direkt reagiert, ist mir das alles zuviel Kaffeesatzleserei. Ich bin da ab sofort raus.

Nachdem ich den USB Anschluß gewechselt habe, funktioniert mein parcp wieder.
Hägt wohl mit dem Anschluß zusammen.
