XaAESnap v0.12b (beta-ware)

Screen snap module for XaAES.

Supported modes:

Color Map  = Type 1 uncompressed
True Color = Type 2 uncompressed
High Color = Type 2 uncompressed
'Back Ground Task' means the image data is processed off screen.  Modes
marked 'no' will be locked until the file creation is complete. 
 
Normally the Targa file will be 8 or 24 bits per pixel.  However, if your
video hardware happens to match the Targa specification exactly, then a 16
or 32 bit file might be created.  If this condition occurs the snap module
is extremely fast.  This applies only to full screen snaps.
 
Currently it must be started before pressing Control-Alt-D in XaAES.
Currently always dumps screen snaps to u:\ram\ (the MiNT ramdisk).
Generates files as 'snap_xxx.tga' where xxx is a number from 0 to 999.
It will never overwrite and existing snap even if restarted, unless you
happen to exceed 1000 snaps.

Don't like Targa?  Simply build your own screen snap module.  Contact the
current maintainer of XaAES or the MiNT-Mailing List for further information
regarding module creation.
