1 Preface

Preface CLOCK97

I searched some weeks for a clock programm, that works like I want.
Some clocks dind't look good or they needed to much memory. CLOCK97
was written for MagiC, but it works also under N.AES, I don't know if
it works under SingleTOS too.

Preface CLOCK98

CLOCK97 is one year old. I didn't get much response, but I got one
fee. Some people wanted a date display in CLOCK97, this was realized
in CLOCK98. CLOCK98 needs aproximate 15 KB memory, thats a little bit
more than CLOCK97 need.

Preface CLOCK98 - english release

Translating a docu into english isn't as easy as I thought and I hope
that you can understand my english. My last english lesson is some
months ago and writing is more diffucult for me than understanding
speech...

2 What can CLOCK98?
********************

CLOCK98 displays every second the time and if you wish the date, too.
You can choose between two drawing modes. When you shutdown MagiC or
change the resolution, CLOCK98 terminates itself. The time is
displayed at the right upper edge of the screen, left of the MagiC
logo. Should you have your MagiC logo on the right site, please
contact me, that I can make CLOCK98 configurable in this point.

3 Installation
***************

MagiC

Copy CLOCK98.APP into MagiC START folder and reboot MagiC.

N.AES

Add to "N_AES.CNF" the following line:

run c:\n_aes\apps\clock98.app

Perhaps you have to adjust the path.
CLOCK98 takes a file named CLOCK98.INF that has to be in the same
directory as CLOCK98.APP. A sample file is contained in the archive.
