Atari fordert Domainnamen ein

cool die Markenrechtsrecherche kannte ich gar nicht, danke Johannes.

Was besonders fein ist das Wort Lynx ist 113x registriert, obwohl es der Lateinische Begriff für Luchs ist.

Ich glaub ich lass mir mal Baum oder Luft eintragen und verklag dann jeden der etwas über Luft schreibt.

Voll gaga das Markenrecht

Sorry its in English, But I always thought Atari was a Japanese word and as it does not say Atari corp they would have no right to it as they  or previous owners of the Atari logo have never enforced the issue they would have lost any possible rights to claim it back

Da bist Du zu spät- O2 ist schon vergeben (Mobilfunk)... und das "i" als vorgestellter Buchstabe zu einer Marke auch, siehe iPott.

Quatsch, der Name iPott wurde nicht wegen dem "i" verboten, sondern weil es schon sprachlich mit iPod identisch klingt. Es gibt ja andere Produkte wie iMesh, die das "i" vorne haben aber erlaubt sind.
