Denn dann öffnet sich der Cmd-Prompt, zeigt das Ergebnis und schließt sich sofort wieder.

Wenn die Annahmen zutreffen, dann kannst du …

a) in Windows den Cmd-Prompt so konfigurieren, dass er nach Ende eines Programms offen bleibt (geht bestimmt, aber ich bin der falsche zum erklären)
b) am einfachsten, aber wenig nachhaltig: man öffnet einen Cmd-Prompt, und führt dort parcp aus, entweder per Drag/Drop der Exe-Datei in das Konsolenfenster, oder per Aufruf des Pfads

Weil, wenn das Cmd-Fenster vor der Ausführung schon offen ist, dann bleibt es auch nach Beendigung von parcp offen …

I am not the original user but I just gave it a try out of curiosity.

Run without parcp USB attached under Windows 11:

Maybe it is just necessary to have Adminstrator rights enabled? I don't have an account without at the moment, Gaming PC.

I see, the issue is not with Windows 11, but with 64bit.

Ich hoffe ja, dass der OP nicht die DOS-Version von parcp versucht aufzurufen. Diese würde unter 64-Bit-Windows natürlich nicht laufen... (egal ob Windows 7, 10, 11, ...). Aber leider gibt es ja keine vernünftige Fehlerbeschreibung.  :(
